Born Englewood, Colorado, September 5, 1973. Raised in Littleton, Colorado, Kevin attended Arapahoe High School in Littleton and later the University of Colorado in Boulder.

Admitted to Colorado bar in 2005, US District Court for the District of Colorado, US Tax Court.

Experience:
Kevin began his professional career in 1998 at a Denver-based Fortune 500 broker-dealer, initially working directly with clients and later in a compliance capacity. While employed full-time, he obtained a Juris Doctor and Masters of Laws in Taxation dual degree at the University of Denver College of Law through part-time study. Kevin then practiced law for two years at a small Englewood law firm in the practice areas of estate planning, tax, probate, and business law. In 2008, he began doing more and more estate planning work for friends, family, and in conjunction with local financial planners. This work, along with the desire to work for himself, prompted his move to private practice.
